The Oil & Gas Year Ghana 2013

Ghanaian oil production is opening up new opportunities for local companies while spurring the government to invest in new infrastructure and set out new regulations, promotions and incentives.

As initial licences from the Jubilee field near their expiry dates, the field’s natural gas will be transported to market in new infrastructure, set for completion in April 2014. The field has not provided the revenues that the government expected due to technical difficulties. However, the development of major new fields at Tweneboa, Enyenra and Ntomme, as well as Eni’s 2013 Sankofa find, brighten the outlook.

The Oil & Gas Year Ghana 2013 features dozens of oil and gas industry leaders, including the president of Ghana, the minister for energy and petroleum and leaders of major hydrocarbons companies.

Illustrated throughout with maps, graphs and diagrams The Oil & Gas Year Ghana 2013 is a comprehensive guide to an oil market bristling with hope and energy.
